Privacy Policy
A plain-English summary of what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Launch My Site Pro (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form, website questionnaire, or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business information, and project preferences.
- Information saved in your browser. The questionnaire and checklist may save your progress in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not receive this information unless you send it to us.
- Sample concept pages. The forms on the sample concepts under /work/ are demos. They do not send or store anything.
- Technical information. Our web host may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Analytics. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to you, prepare quotes, plan and build your website, send project-related communications, keep this site secure, and improve our services.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (such as email, hosting, and form-delivery services), when required by law, or with your permission. Messages sent through our forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service that processes them on our behalf.
Retention
We keep project information for as long as needed to serve you and for legal and tax records, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. You can clear saved questionnaire data by using the “Start over” button or clearing your browser data.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
